Earnings Disclaimer:
If you want get rich quick, DO NOT invest in any of our trainings... we don't believe in getting rich quick... we believe in long-term financial stability and health. Do not invest in this training if you think it will automatically make you money just because you bought it. You have to work to succeed in anything (especially being an entrepreneur in the real estate business) and I’m neither going to hide nor apologize for that. The results we've shown in our marketing, training, and in the related videos/materials aren’t typical and yours could and probably will vary. Those people invested in our programs, took massive action, and applied it until it worked... and we don't guarantee that you'll make any money... in fact, you may lose money... just like in any business there are risks and real estate is no different.
Truly, real estate investing is a highly networking sensitive business… and that includes getting private money. If you don’t want to go out and actually talk to people and network… this program isn’t right for you… and real estate might not be either. Basically, if you're looking for a "magic bullet" please do not invest in any program (including ours) that teaches a strategy. Go back to improving yourself and your mindset first.
Return and Cancellation Policy (excluding our month to month membership programs):
We offer a full 30 day return policy from the original date of the purchase on all of our products purchased directly from our company. If you've purchased our programs through another vendor, you must follow the refund policy of the vendor who your credit card was actually charged by.
Every one of our products you have 30 days to try out the product unless otherwise noted by the terms at the point of purchase. If you're unhappy with the product for any reason, simply email us at support[at]privatemoneyblueprint.com prior to the 30 day return period ending, and let us know your name, the product you purchased, and the date you purchased... and that you'd like to return the program.
If the product is 100% digitally delivered (i.e. - you don't get a physical program in the mail) we'll let you keep all of the digital materials you downloaded as our gift to you... and we'll refund your money within 10 business days via check or a credit to your credit card, whichever we choose.
If the product is a phyiscal product (i.e. - delivered to your door) or a live event, then follow the specific return instructions below for the product you invested in. Physical product return instructions are below:

Contact our customer experience staff at support [at] privatemoneyblueprint.com prior to your returning the program so we can issue you an RMA number (Return of Merchandise number).
Make sure you purchase package tracking and insurance for your return shipment, as any packages that don't make it back to our fulfillment company for return are the sole responsibility of you, the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
Any refund requests or products returned later than 30 days from the date of purchase will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Bottom line, we want our customers to succeed... and we know our customers succeed when they apply the training in our programs to the "t". However, we understand our program isn't right for everyone which is why we have a very generous return policy.

In the case of monthly products (ie. Monthly newsletters, memberships, software), you have 30 days to try the product. You are under no obligation and can cancel at anytime by contacting support and request us to cancel your subscription. Monthly products are not backed by a money back guarantee because we already provide you with a full 30 days to try our memberships w/ a trial. If you contact us to cancel your monthly subscription/membership after your billing date for the month, no refund will be issued.

30 Day Free Trials and Free Trial Programs
In some cases you may agree to a free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial and in some cases payment of shipping/handling or the purchase of another product in conjunction with the trail may be required. At the time of activation of the trial your card will be authorized for either $1 or the full amount of purchase price of the accompanying product, shipping/handling, etc. for that specific offer.
We like to keep things simple and convenient for our customers/members, so at the end of the trial you agree and will be billed for the full purchase price of the membership and will be billed monthly every 30 days for the service or subscription until you choose to cancel and email us at support[at]privatemoneyblueprint.com to request cancellation in writing. You are under no obligation and can cancel at anytime during the free trial period if you don't enjoy the membership and your card will never be billed for that membership program.
Private Money Monthly
Private Money Monthly is our monthly online membership training program where you get monthly resources, training, and tools via your online members area. Private Money Monthly is billed every 30 days from the date of your original purchase or free trial of the program. If you accepted a free 30 day trial to Private Money Monthly you will not be charged for Private Money Monthly for 30 full days so you can try out the program to see if its right for you. Follow the instructions in the above section to learn how our free trial programs work.
If you choose to cancel Private Money Monthly, you can do so anytime you wish simply by contacting us at support[at]privatemoneyblueprint.com and requesting for your membership to be cancelled effective on the date your email is received in our inbox. At that time, we'll immediately cancel your Private Money Monthly membership effective the date the email was received by our team and you will not be billed again for the service.
There are no refunds for monthly membership charges that have already been made. We really try to be as fair to everyone as possible and by providing the full 30 days trial at the beginning of your membership, we're going out of our way to make sure you get ample opportunity to see if the program is right for you... on our dime. Please make sure you keep track of your renewal date so if you do plan on leaving our program and cancelling, that you do so before your next monthly membership fee is charged. All future charges will be cancelled upon your written email cancellation request to the email address above.
Private Money Blueprint Main Program Return Policy And Instructions
We’ve guaranteed this PMBP System program like we have because we’re extremely confident that the system gets results… it has for us and other people we’ve taught time and time again. The first guarantee is cut and dry… if you don’t like the program for any reason let us know before the end of the 4th week of our program (30 days after purchase) via email (refund requests must be via email or written letter, phone calls or voice mails do not qualify and no product return requests will be taken via phone). In the email state:
1) Your full name and email address
2) Your reason for returning
3) Suggestions on ways we can improve our product or service
As you know, as a service to our new customers we choose to pay for shipping to your door out of our own pockets... most companies charge you shipping both ways. However, if you choose to return the product... return shipping expenses including freight, postage, insurance, etc. are your responsibility.
Then, return the full program and all of its contents in like-new condition (no bend or frayed corners, no markings/writing on program pages, no scuffs/markings on binders/discs, no missing contents) to the address shown above in the Return and Cancellation Policy section. If the program is not in like-new condition as defined above, there will be a 15% restocking fee so we can recondition the product into like-new condition for resale to a future PMBP member. We take on a lot of risk in offering the types of guarantees we do... and for sure, many people have taken advantage of us... but, we're happy to continue offering it as most of our customers are fair and honest people. Again, most companies charge a restocking fee for ANY returns... we only pass along the cost if a product is not returned to us in like-new condition... which I'm sure you will agree is fair.
Only after we receive the written refund request via email as explained above within 30 days of purchase and we've received the full training program in like-new condition will we push forward and issue your refund promptly and part ways as friends. Sound like a plan?
If you stay on past the end of the 4th week (past 30 days after purchase), the 2nd guarantee kicks in. With the 2nd guarantee we guarantee that you’ll receive private money loan commitments of $100,000 or more in 120 days or less after the end of the course. If you don’t reach that number and prove to us that you’ve put to action everything we’ve taught and given to you (as described below)… we’d be glad to refund your money no problem at all. The only caveat is that you MUST put to action everything that we teach you… and you must provide us with verification that you’ve done so.
“Everything” include:
* All action plans for each week
* Any personal 1 on 1 sessions that we offered and tried to schedule you for
* Any forms, documents, etc. that we’ve given you templates for… you have to take the templates that you’ve been given and create your own document for your own business
* Give us contacts to people that you have contacted to be potential private lenders for and done presentations for
* Send us your customized 30 second commercial
* Send us your completed credibility kit
* Send us your completed goal sheet
* Send us the contact details for an attorney and/or title company that you have contacted regarding your business and private money
Basically, we have put a ton of time and resources into this program for you away from our own businesses and families… and expect anyone who registers for our program to at least put to action and give what we’re teaching (which we knows works when you apply it) a solid try by actually doing and completing every action step and resource that we have given you.
Truthfully, if you aren’t willing to put to action what we’re teaching… we DO NOT want your money and ask that you please DO NOT register for our program… or if you do register for our program you have to request a refund by email to support [at] privatemoneyblueprint.com.com BEFORE the 4th week of the program is over.
That’s fair all around… we give you ample time to try out the course to see if it’s right for you… if it’s not request the refund BEFORE the 4th week (within 30 days after your purchase date) is over and we’ll happily refund your money within 72 hours of receiving the program back to our fulfillment company. If you go past the 4th week in our program… we feel that we’ve been more than fair and require you to verify (as explained above) that you have done and completed each action step and template we’ve given you and that it hasn’t worked.
The reason we say that is because we know if you do what we teach you you’ll see success… but if you wait til after the 4th week and ask for a refund… but haven’t put to action what we’ve taught… is it really fair for us to harm our business and send back your money after you failed to ask for a refund for 4 full weeks… and never even applied what we taught anyway??
We’re all adults here and the rules we’ve laid out are more than fair and are heavily slanted in favor of you. We’re upholding our end and feel it’s only fair if you uphold your end. Sound good?
We know this system works if you put it to work like we have… but it won’t do you any good if you don’t put it to action… and truly, we’re investing a ton of our own time and resources into teaching this class (and taking ourselves away from our own real estate businesses and families)… and at the least we expect you to put to action what we teach if you truly want to reach success in real estate. Frankly, if you don’t even put to action what we teach… and you ask for a refund 90 days from today… and we’ve put our own time and resources into teaching you what we know… do you believe that a refund is fair for both sides? If you do put to action everything we teach and provide verification and proof that you’ve done so and don’t see the results… we’re more than happy to give you your money back because if our system truly doesn’t work… we don’t deserve to keep your money. Sound fair? If not, we’ll kindly ask that you please not apply for our program because you already have an attitude of defeat… and we like to work with action takers who want to rise to success with us.
Live Events Put On By PMBP
We don't do a whole lot of live events, but when we do they are the best in the industry. We keep our return/cancellation policy simple for live events.
If you invest in a live training with us (where the live training is the main product, not a bonus) we're so confident you'll be ecstatic with your experience that you can show up to the event, attend all of the training sessions, and if you're not absolutely happy with the training and your experience with us you can come and talk to us before the last training session is over and let us know that it wasn't what you thought it was and you'd like your investment back. We'll return 100% of your investment within 7 days of the event ending via check or a credit to your credit card, whatever method we choose.
Any refund requests for live events must be made before the last training session is over while you are at the live event. Any requests after the last session of the event is over will not be honored.
If you end up not being able to make it to the live event for any reason and you'd like a refund, the refund request must be submitted to us by email at support[at]privatemoneyblueprint.com no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Any requests less than 24 prior to the start of the first session of the event for absentee guests (guests that are not able to make it to the event live) will not be honored. There are a lot of expenses that go into putting on a live event and we have hard costs out of pocket for each registered guest. 24 hours notice is plenty fair on both sides and we're sure that you'd agree.
If there were bonuses that came with the live event, you'll get to keep your event binder and materials and any digitally delivered bonuses that were already given to you. Any bonuses set to be delivered after the event will not apply should you request a refund.
Restrictions On Use
You may use this site for purposes expressly permitted by this site. Indemnity

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Oregon, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Oregons in connection with any dispute between you LLC arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Portland, Oregon. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain.
