Hi Trevor and Patrick,Just wanted to share with you our success with the Private Money Blueprint program. We just closed on a 49 unit complex! It’s a long story but we ended up with a purchase price of $284k for it. Our private money loan was $300k. It is currently 50% occupied and will be a real nice cash flowing property when finished. PMOD is an online training program. When you become a member, you can watch the training videos in the member’s area (there’s one core module and 3 demo videos)… and there are direct mail templates you can download and other resources and bonuses included.
You get lifetime access to the training. You do not have to accept the offer to join our PMM program… that’s just an option if you want a 30 day free trial.
