I have a special tutorial for you today… and it’s not directly related to real estate investing or private money but is directly related to your success in business and in life.
Have you heard of Jim Rohn before?
If not, I’m pleased to introduce a man who has made a profound impact on my life (both personally and professionally), a man referred to as America’s Foremost Business Philosopher – Mr. Jim Rohn.
Unfortunately I never met him in person. I always wanted to go to one of his seminars but waited too long as Mr. Rohn passed away December 5th, 2009.
But, his legacy lives on through his books, videos, CDs, and all of his educational training programs.
Below is a video that I found on YouTube where he covers some incredible insights he learned from his mentor, Earl Shoaff.
The video is 7 min long… make sure to listen close from the 3 min mark through the end.

Excellent! I have a CD of Jim Rohn speaking in front of an large group. This is the first time I have been able to put a face with a voice. He speaks simply and you say to yourself, that makes perfect sense, now how do I incorporate into my life.
Thanks for sharing, its always great to be reminded of the great lessons that Jim shared with us. I feel grateful to have heard him several times in person as well multiple times on his tapes.
Thank you for emailing me this video. I haven’t heard of this gentlemen, but i will definitely search for one of his books the next time I’m in town. I’m just sorry to hear that he has past away.

Hey Ray… it all starts with your thoughts, your mindset. Watch the video again, write down the lessons learned (the exact words he used), and post them on your wall where you’ll see them daily. Take whatever advice he gave you to heart, and take action.

Lissette… to me, it’s always time to start setting new goals. I look at goal setting as a progressive process. Myself and my girlfriend are going to sit down next week and do some 2011 goal setting together. And we’re gonna kick off the process by watching The Secret on DVD. It’s good stuff.

Patrick…Talk about perfect timing!
I just enrolled in his 1 Year Success Plan and in my first week of the program but I can tell you, the tools he has provided for success are there and it’s simply up to me to adhere and implement them to see results.
I love this quote:

I know of Jim Rohn, we use him a lot in Herballife. Very inspirational and thought provoking.

I met Jim Rohn years ago at a Tony Robbins Date With Destiny event. He was a kind and a gentle man.
