  1. I like to teach the 3 “R” for negioations

    Range – give a high adn low range in the direction you want them to go

    Realistic – Act surprised and say “is that the best your can do”

    Realtor – Use the fact that if they sell to you trough a realtor it would cost 6% and ask for a discount as result
