Why Private Lenders Say “No” And What To Do About It

So, you’re meeting w/ a private money lending prospect. Let’s call him Joe Lender.

You find out that Joe is currently getting a 3% return on his investments. You offer him 6%… and he says “No.”

Why would he say “No” when he could DOUBLE his current return by simply lending you private money?

And more importantly, how do you get Joe to change his mind?

Watch the video below to learn how…

Alrighty, time to take action on what you’ve learned… because action is the big differentiator between success and failure.

… and don’t take my word for it. They all agree.

Action is the real measure of intelligence.” – Napoleon Hill

Everything you want is out there waiting for you…Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.” – Jules Renard

The path to success is to take massive, determined action.” – Tony Robbins

Very Good Information, I’m a new investor in So. Cal. and want to learn more on how to get and use private
money. I am selling my Hammond A100 with a Leslie Speaker to raise money for my business.
Hope to see you in Oregon next month if I can make it.

You always give great information! There are so many deals out there, the problem is finding the money to acquire them. Your training is one of the most important pieces of the real estate puzzle needed in this environment of tough bank lending requirements.

CREDIBILITY IS CRUCIAL-but… sometimes, due to market conditions, where people will start throwing $$$$ at everyone who can get them the newest thing that the GURU’s throw out there.
Sure, its tough, but P Rid seems to have some fine ways around those objections. THIS BUSINESS ISNT FOR THOSE NOT WILLING TO PUT IN LONG , SMART HOURS…..
I am very blessed to have come upon some larger investors, looking for the GOOSE LAYING GOLDEN EGGS, ER BULK REO
Have been a RE Appraiser in So Cal for over 25 years, I do mainly Malibu/BevHills, talk about losing their homes$$$, I know value, got an REO CONTACT, looking for the BULK SWITCH-banks tripping it soon.

Thanks PRid, listen to this guy, get his stuff, he is definitely thinking way outside the rhombus…..

    Patrick,
Thanks for your very actionable recommendations.
I am a Private Money Blueprint Customer.

Does this entitle me to a Private Money Website
where I can do the stuff you mention?

That would bring me to a new level of
    exploration.

    Keep your wisdom coming Patrick.

    Best wishes,

Patrick: Thank you for your education. I’m new member as well new to this type technology. My desire is to learn how to take 1 step at a time and implement these strategies. Any suggestions?

  • http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com Patrick_Riddle

Hey Terry Lynn, congrats on becoming a new PMOD member with us. We’re happy to have you on board.

Ok, I suggest starting by studying the core module in the PMOD program and the 3 ‘demo’ videos. Then download my private lender PowerPoint presentation and customize it to suit your biz (that’s the main tool you’ll use when meeting with prospects).

That will be a great start.

Great Stuff! I like the Website idea. Do you guys have some kind of Domination setup? Where you can blast your website and capture leads? Where do I join?

  • Anonymous

    Hey Mario,

I’m not really sure what you mean by ‘Domination setup.”

We do include setting up a website for our Private Money Blueprint members. If you want to find out more info on that, here’s the link… http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/special.php

Your teachings are simply wonderful Mr. Riddle. For such a young man to have been blessed with such knowledge and utilizing those 3 years of engineering studies. Buyer son call a couple days here and there for an Engineer and have found that you and he are genius. I’ll be proud to have you on MY team to help build my credibility. I do still have names, emails and phone numbers from a few Investors I have met at San Diego’s Real Estate Investment club along with Financial people, Realtors, Contractors etc. If you don’t mind young man, I want to hang on tight to your shirt tails and be met with the life I have wanted to have for a long time ago. But the nee-sayers told me I was a dreamer. Please, I don’t want to continue being a dreamer. I know real estate is the way to the top . . .
SO I’LL MEET YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE!!!!

P.S, Thank you for helping me
