Question Iām in the insurance business
i some times run into senior customers that are doing reverse mortgages on their homes,
do you contact them about investing that large sum of
money in real estate? if so do you have a presentation for them.
Hey Marcus… good question.
I haven’t done that myself… but think it’s a good idea. I would take them through the same process as any other prospect.
So, the step is piquing their curiosity in your real estate business and opportunities, then showing them the private lender PowerPoint presentation (where you educate them on your business, why you borrow from private individuals, where you find out their investment goals and financial needs)… then start passing specific deals by them that look like a good fit.
