The #1 Private Money Objection (And How To Handle It)

I shot a new video to help ya overcome the #1 objection investors face to get private money.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned veteran, you have to handle this objection.

I shared this with our attendees at last year’s epic Getting the Money Bootcamp and they loved it!

Enjoy 🙂

thank you. VERY VALUABLE. How can I get started in the program, is there a quick start guide and how do I get the video of the annual event?

    Hey Mary,

I just checked on my end and the volume is working fine for me. Maybe the volume on your computer was muted.

hmmm… you could try clicking the “youtube” icon and watching it over there to see if that works.

You’re welcome Christopher. Glad you enjoyed.

To get started in our Private Money Blueprint (PMBP) program, here’s the link…

Over in the PMBP member’s area, there’s a “Getting Started” tab that explains how to tackle the program.

We’re going to send out an email in the next few days on the recordings from our Getting The Money event.

If you have any other questions, let me know.

Very good advice, yes I did this before with other investors/girl friend and made a very nice profit. Now I am looking for more new investors and do many more flips.
Thank you for the great advice.

Wonder if you have run into any problems with the securities people in your state? I have been using private money for a year or so and we had a very nice article written about is in the major newspaper here. Now I have gotten a subpoena from the securities division of the corporation commission here in Arizona. Have any suggestions or comments.
    Thanks
    JJ
Ps: Always enjoy your videos and suggestions.

    Hey JJ,

You’re welcome. Glad to hear you enjoy my info.

I haven’t ever run into any issues with the securities commission. Not sure if you’ve already done this… but I would suggest getting with an attorney to advise you asap.

Hello,Patridk. I have been following you thu all of your teaching materials that you have made available on the internet for about 3 years. To be honest, I have attended to several seminars on private money, purchase several programs, and I consider myself been a very trained or knowled investor. I have been doing R E Investing for about 6 years, I have purchased, rehabbed, and hold 5 multifamilies properties (2,3, and 4 families). But I am paralised right now. I can’t get money to purchase more deals.
I believe, my real problem is not lack of taking decisions rather be able to comunicate my bussiness to private individuals in order to get funds. I would like to get some kind of mentoring in this bussines, someone who can grab me by hand and take me where I want to go. I personal dedicate more than 15 hours a week to real estate, but most of this time is wasted dealing with my tenants.
I am doing this business part time, because I work for a private company Sunday to Thursday, from 3:00 to 11:00 pm. I am a 56 year old man, and I want to quit my job before I reach the 60s.
Tell me if you have a mentoring program that I can afford. I am also a spanish speaking person with heavy accent, but I don’t let this to stop me from getting what I want.
I am also a member of thePMBP program since I am subscribed to your Monthly subscrition program.

    Hey Rafael,

Thanks for sharing all this info with me.

With the PMBP training that you have access to plus our support, if you’ll commit to taking consistent action, you can get private money for your deals.

You mentioned having a problem with communicating your business to individuals in order to get funds… and here’s what I’d suggest…

Review Module 2 in the PMBP program. It goes over exactly how to communicate with people to get them interested in lending you money. Many of the techniques and strategies that are built into the scripts actually get other people asking you for more info about your opportunities.

We do have a mentor program… but right now are full. We’ll prob have a few spots open up in the next 2 or 3 months. We’ll let you know when we do.

Also, here’s another great resource that will help you…
    http://howtogetthemoney.com/members/structuring-deals-advanced-psychology-negotiations/

… it’s a 75 min presentation I did at our Getting the Money event on communicating/negotiating with private lenders and deal structuring.

As you implement what you learn, let me know how else I can help.
