Hey Brad, Question…. how do we go about locating investors for syndicating properties, I
have several properties I am looking at. Do you advertise, work through attorneys, look under the rug??
I know they are there, How do I entice them out?

I must to came some hours too late to take advantage of these bonuses. I went head first on the first round during Monday’s night teleseminar. Oh well! Maybe it wasn’t meant to be. Hey Matthew, thanks for the email! You need to educate them on your program… and ask them a bunch of specific questions. Have you downloaded the Private Lender Powerpoint over at http://www.privatemoneyblueprint.com/vip yet? Download that… customize it… and just find out what your prospects investment goals are at the meeting, then just tell him about your company, your business model, basics of how your program works, then of course get a committment. I don’t have enough space to type out exactly what to say here (it’s all in our PMBP course though…)… so shoot me an email if you have more questions. – T

Ya, as I mentioned… that is a video I filmed a ways back… not exactly sure when I filmed it… but yes, it was before we ever even launched any PMBP programs. But yes… we actually do have an updated to PMBP… and we’re announcing it next week sometime. We’ve been testing and tweaking new marketing campaigns for private money and we’re adding them to the system… and a few other things… you’ll hear about it next week.

Thank you for putting these trainings together. You do a great job of explaining these topics in a clear and concise manner.

You mentioned that this was the last in a series of private money trainings. Could you let me know how I can review the complete series? Also, this must have been previously recorded because you mention the possibility of putting a mentorship program together in early 2009 and its now 9/09.

So do you have an update on a private money mentorship program?
