Whew…. this Q&A call was a great call… a ton of questions… and we only had 1 caller drop off the line before the end… because we just sat there and answered questions for our students the whole time… cool stuff.

I loved what u had to say i wanted to know where i could find that video about the fractionalisation video was and also if i bought the corse in the next day if i could get that digital download area with over 20 hours of video on it. I am 20 years old and I have done one deal with private money just wanted to get a lot more in to it and start buying appartment complexes and multifamily houses i have some really good deals that i could get that cash flow like crasy say a 50k properity that brings in 1900 a month fully occupied and slso a lot better deals that. I even have beatter deals than that but dont know much about them yet because i dont have the privat money to support them. I was also wanting to grow my business so that i would have management companies help me out since they know that part of the business a lot better than me. HI guys, I was on this webinar live a few nights ago, but in my notes I must have missed the part about getting the sellers to knock off 1-4% for the long term loans. Can you kindly point me to the section of the Q&A section where that’s covered? thanks!
