Whew! Gotta love the technical difficulties… but we perservered and got it up in your members area for ya. Better late than never huh!
Anyhow, this Quickstart call has been one of the most popular ones based on the number of questions and comments we’ve gotten so far. Basically, we’ll walk you through how to use the internet to generate a ton of leads for your real estate business and to get more private money for your biz.
Quick note my attorney makes me say. Before you start to do any marketing run it by an SEC attorney first. Well worth the couple hundred bucks it’ll cost. I’m not an attorney so don’t take this vid as legal advice… capishe?
Enjoy
P.S. – It’s a solid 2 hours long… but 100% full of content. Grab a pen and pad and get ready to implement when you’re done.

Quickstart Call#4 is about the most informative workshop I have so far paid more attention to than the previous ones. The reason why I am saying this is because for the most part this workshop mainly focused on the marketing aspect of PMBP. So I will like to add that while advertising and/or marketing are very important contributor factors to the success of each us, it is very important that we bare in mind the advertising laws aimed at protecting consumers by requiring advertisers to be truthful about their products and to be able to substantiate their claims. All businesses must comply with advertising and marketing laws, and failure to do so could result in costly lawsuits and civil penalties. So before you start an advertising campaign, it’s important you understand some basic rules.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the main federal agency that enforces advertising laws and regulations. Under the Federal Trade Commission Act:
?Advertising must be truthful and non-deceptive;
?Advertisers must have evidence to back up their claims; and
?Advertisements cannot be unfair.
Aside of this, I enjoyed very much the information and lessons learned in this particular call. So thanks Trevor for continuing sharing all of these valuable information that newbies such as myself can continue benefiting from. Keep up the good teachings!!!
