Facebook_Twitter_Private_MoneyOk, I know what you’re thinking …

“Yeah right Patrick. Anyone who thinks they can use Facebook and Twitter to get private money is full of crap.”

… and I don’t blame ya.

I thought social media marketing – using Facebook and Twitter to generate leads for business – was just a bunch of hype too. I thought it was a complete waste of time.

But, that didn’t stop me from testing these new marketing platforms out for myself. And I’m sure glad I did.

    Hey Guys!

Thanks again for the KILLER Info and by applying what you have taught me with your program, we just landed another PM investor for our most recent investment deal, and I have a few other PM Investors
lined up to go for our next deal!

Below is a link to the actual marketing message I used to land our newest PM Investor!

Thanks Guys for a KILLER PROGRAM!

    Hey Rob!

Thanks for the comments my man!

Congrats again! You’re really rolling along and kicking butt!

  3. I would just be careful how you proceed and be sure to market for new contacts and for meeting versus actual deals and actual loans – state SEC and other agency troll these sites looking for security voilations

  4. Hey Michel,

    Good point.

It’s very important that you don’t come right out and offer an investment to anyone that you don’t have a previous relationship with … that would be considered a general solicitation and could land you in hot water with the SEC.

    Thanks.
