Anyhow, this is the “Success Jumpstart” where Patrick and I will share some of our own insights on our success and we’ll help you get your specific goals down on paper in a way that will produce results much more effectively. After the session the recordings and downloads will be on this page, so check back after the session. We’ll try to have the recordings up before the end of each week.

How To Prepare For The Module

  • Have a pen and a few sheets of paper for brainstorming and goals
  • Think about what you want your life to be like in 1, 5, 10, 20 years from today. Then, think about how you want your REI biz to be in 1, 5, 10 ,20 years from today (i.e. – how will an average day in your REI biz be? What will your income be? etc.) These are critical to private money and REI success… we’ll drill down further in the session

  2. Write your REI business goals for the next 6 weeks, 12 months, 3 years, 5 years, and 20 years. Be specific.
  3. Create your REI business plan.  Use the link below to see our biz plan tutorial. Again, it doesn’t have to be 10 pages long… even 1-2 pages will work to get started… as long as you take the time to really think realistically about your business, how it will operate, specific financial goals, how you will market, who is part of your company, etc.
  4. Write your private money goals on a sheet of paper.
    1. When will you make your first appointment by?
    2. How much, and exactly when (exact $ amounts and exact dates) will you get your first private money commitment?
    3. When will you get your first private money check? (again, specific dates)
