Hey guys and gals!
Patrick just got done finishing up an entire video bonus module for you that will help you to generate motivate seller leads for your business the way that Patrick has… using a lot of both free and paid ways to generate leads within the next 15 days or less.
Sit down, take out a note sheet… and promise to implement at least one idea into your business by the end of this week. Afterall… education without implementation is just entertainment… and that doesn’t put cash in your pocket… action does.
Enjoy

Patrick, this was a great video for a newbie. I found the background noise though to be very distracting . It sounds like you did this in a restaurant or Starbucks.
Thanks
Thanks Shari!
Hopefully you were able to extract the marketing tips and techniques that I covered despite the background noise.
Let us know if you have any questions and if we can help you out in any way …

What do you do when you get a solid commitment from a private lender(S) and your not quite finish negotiating a propert? Should the money be placed immediately in an escrow account with your title company? Or do you ask them to stand by
Hey James,
You could definitely have the funds held in escrow if you think that’s best.
I’ve never had a problem with lenders backing out so I just inform the private lender of the time line and make sure they have the funds available when needed.

Hi Trevor and Patrick,
I have a question/comment about bandit signs. There are ‘Foreclosure’ signs and “We buy houses” signs around my area, but someone always comes and cuts the telephone numbers off so you don’t see the last four digits of the phone number. Have you ever run into this? I don’t think it’s another investor because no other signs have been posted. Does the city do that if you don’t take your signs down? Any suggesstions on how to keep your signs visable for awhile?
Thanks,
Christy
Hey Christy,
I have seen signs that have part of the # cut out. That’s probably someone who has a personal problem with the signs … maybe another investor that fears competition or an angry citizen who doesn’t like the signs.
Either way, it’s a problem.
Can you post the signs higher up on the pole so that whoever is “cutting” part out can’t reach ‘em? Check out http://signhammer.com/ …. not sure if that would work or not but it’s an idea.
Also, you could post your signs in other areas and see if the results are similar.
