    This is great but what is the final cost after the 30 day trial But as a newbie I don’t know how to fill out the contract can you lead me in the right direction to fill out a assignment est: and a Purchase agreement when dealing with a another end investor.

      Hey Paul,

      There isn’t a “trial” for Daniil’s software. You can sign up for the free version and it doesn’t cost anything.

      Daniil also has a premium version that he’ll tell you about if you grab the free version. It’s less than a $100 bucks.

    It’s a great Lite Version for a newbie who wants to get to know how to evaluate a rehab-property.

    I have taken a closer look at this presentation. I think it’s well outlined with some details. He keeps us up to date with deal analysis.
